30-Day Limited Warranty

All seat covers are backed by a 30-day limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Original sales receipt or order number must be provided for all returns. We accept returns for exchange or a refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange, store credit or refund. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

 

Returns

Seat covers may only be returned if they arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong color or design.

Returns will not be accepted once the seat covers have been installed.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately at golfcartsandsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

 

 

Golf cart roofs can only be returned if they arrive damaged or if the wrong roof was sent. If your golf cart roof arrives damaged, please refuse shipment and send us pictures right away so we can send a new roof immediately.

All warranties go through the manufacturer STEELENG. 

2-year warranty on fading of cushion’s color.

1-year factory warranty provided by STEELENG GOLF CART CORP, free replacement if any quality issue.
